Thank you for supporting Filmstro! By placing a pre-order for Filmstro | Plugin (the “Plugin”), you agree to the following terms:
By pre-ordering Filmstro | Plugin, you will receive:
Immediate access to Filmstro’s Web App for the duration of your subscription.
The Filmstro | Plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro when it launches (estimated release date Q3 2025).
Exclusive pre-order perks, including potential early access, special discounts, or additional resources.
We expect to launch the Plugin in 2025. While we are committed to delivering on time, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If for whatever reason the Plugin is not delivered by December 31, 2025, we will provide alternative compensation (see Section 3).
If Filmstro is unable to deliver the Plugin within the planned timeframe by the end of 2025, all pre-order customers will receive:
A free subscription extension of 1 month free for every month of delay.
Priority access to a beta version of the Plugin when available.
In the unlikely event that Filmstro is unable to complete the Plugin at all, customers will be given the choice of:
A partial refund, taking into account the value of Web App access already received.
A full credit toward other Filmstro products or future developments (e.g. DaVinci Resolve plugin).
Your payment secures your pre-order and funds the final stages of development of the Plugin.
Pre-orders are non-refundable, except under the circumstances outlined in Section 3.
If you cancel your subscription before the Plugin is released, you will still receive access on release, but only for as long as the pre-paid term of your subscription. Once it expires you will lose access.
This pre-order offer is subject to availability and development feasibility. While we are confident in our ability to deliver the Plugin, technical, financial, or other constraints may impact final delivery. Filmstro reserves the right to modify these terms if necessary, but we will always act in good faith and in the best interests of our customers.
